Hot as HADES

I swear that the gates of hell opened somewhere over the east coast and vomited its heat all over New York. Pendleton is hot. Boise is hot. NYC is hell. While the thermostats have only toyed with 100*, the humidity makes me feel as though I'm swimming on land.

Cooler temps are to arrive tonight, however. I can't tell you how excited I am for 85* + humidity. Talk about a paradigm shift.
