The Dawn
I've been up early lately: 4:00AM (Friday) and 5:15AM (Sunday) -- morning insomnia has again reared its ugly head.
Or has it?
Instead of tossing and turning for hours, I got up both mornings, went for walks around the neighborhood, discovered a new Starbucks, and greeted the bagel shop around the corner at their opening.
There could be a thousand physiological reasons why I can't sleep. The psychological one I'm going to give is that my life here may also be beginning to dawn -- I'm supposed to see the parallelism and this might be the only way I will.
Of course, I could also just be delirious from a serious lack of zzz's.
